The Commercial Observer named Mr. Tortorici one of Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30, which recognizes emerging commercial real estate professionals, and the Real Estate Forum has identified him as one of Tomorrow’s Leaders: New York, as well as naming him and his partners Top NY Brokers in 2013 and 2014.
Ronald Solarz, Executive Managing Director, Newark Knight Frank
Ronald A. Solarz joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2018 to launch the company’s new Private Client Group. As the group’s executive managing director, Mr. Solarz cultivates new client relationships and generate new opportunities for NKF. Their goal is to further expand NKF’s capital markets platform in New York City and throughout the country. Mr. Solarz is one of New York City’s most respected and successful investment sales brokers. A 33-year industry veteran, he has arranged more than $9 billion in investment property sales for institutional investors, hedge funds and private investors in neighborhoods throughout New York City. Specializing in commercial property and land sales, Mr. Solarz has extensive experience successfully marketing all asset classes, including multifamily buildings and portfolios, development sites and assemblages (he has completed the sale of more than 100 development sites), loft/office buildings, retail properties, and hotels. He is also highly experienced in mezzanine and equity placement.
Jeffrey Chain, owner/broker, Millennium Commercial Properties
For more than forty years, Mr. Chain has been actively engaged in feasibility analysis, financing and developm complex projects exceeding $1 Billion in today’s current value. Ranging from retail, office, congregate care and master planned community developments. Acquiring, developing and managing over 1 million square feet of commercial projects with an addition 5,000 acres of land including 3 master planned communities. The largest being 2,400 acres for a planned 12,000 residential units. Being a hands on, boots on the ground developer, he has been involved in all the disciplines required to take an initial concept to an operating development with positive cash flow. Mr. Chain is on the Board of Directors of Boy Scouts of America and United Citizens Foundation.
