James Lambert, Senior Managing Director of Industrial Investments, Elion Partners
James Lambert is Senior Managing Director of Industrial Investments at Elion Partners, participates in the firm’s Investment Committee and is a member of its Asset Management Committee. James is responsible for overseeing strategic infill acquisition opportunities in high-growth core markets in relation to the firm’s logistics real estate investment strategy. Prior to joining Elion, James served as principal and Head of Real Estate for Amazon Logistics where he led the real estate team in its last-mile site acquisition strategy for five years. During this time, he was responsible for increasing Amazon’s site count from five to 130 nationwide, including in Amazon’s most critical market, the New York metro area. James earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern Washington University, and earned the MIT Center certification for Real Estate Fundamentals of Portfolio and Asset Management.
Todd Henderson, Head of Real Estate for the Americas and CEO of RREEF Property Trust, DWS
Mr. Henderson is the Head of Real Estate, Americas, DWS since January 2012, where he has been responsible for all facets of the direct real estate investment management business in the Americas. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of RREEF Property Trust. Prior to joining RREEF Real Estate in 2003, Mr. Henderson was Director of Acquisitions for The J.E. Robert Company in Washington, D.C., where he was involved in the sourcing, executing and financing of over $6 billion of real estate transactions. He began his career at First Gibraltar Bank in 1991, managing the restructuring and disposition of nonperforming real estate loans on behalf of the bank and the Resolution Trust Company. Mr. Henderson holds a B.A. in History from the University of North Texas and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
John Vitou, Director, Research and Valuations, Prologis
John Vitou, director, research and valuations, is responsible for overseeing Prologis’ global capital market analytics. He is also responsible for tracking and forecasting logistics real estate fundamentals and related macro drivers. Prior to joining Prologis in 2014, Mr. Vitou was a senior research analyst for the Americas at CBRE and an economic development analyst for Battelle Memorial Institute, the world’s largest independent research and development organization. Mr. Vitou received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans and master’s degree from Cleveland State.
Andrea Himmel, Director of Strategic Acquisitions, Himmel + Meringoff Properties
Andrea is in charge of strategic acquisitions at Himmel + Meringoff Properties, which is focused on growing its portfolio of office buildings in Manhattan and industrial warehouses in the boroughs.Prior to working at Himmel + Meringoff, Andrea was co-founder and CEO of TIerra Resources Partners LLC, a private equity firm that invested in oil and gas assets. Earlier, she served as an investment manager at Sanders Capital and she began her career on the Acquisitions and Leasing teams at Brookfield Properties. A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Andrea is a voracious athlete, having participated in several triathlons, including one Ironman.
